RETURN POLICY

 

AT HER HOLY BEAUTY, WE HOPE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS LOVE EVERY ITEM THEY PURCHASE! HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT IF YOUR ITEM MEETS OUR POLICY GUIDELINES BELOW.

ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS PAST THE

RETURN POLICY PERIOD.

 

RETURN POLICY:

  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, & unwashed with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  • Returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The 14 days start from the day the order was received by the customer.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Jewelry is accepted for store credit only if unworn & in original packaging. (Must Pay Return Fees)
  • If items are sent back past the 14 day return policy period, the customer will not receive a full refund. A 20% restocking fee will be reduced from the order amount.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. 

  • All intimates 
  • All bodysuits
  • All sale items
  • All items without a tag attached

 

EXCHANGES:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for another size or style, you must return your unwanted item back to us within 14 days with tags attached. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will issue you a store credit. You may then place an order for the desired item.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL?

  • Please e-mail us at HerHolyBeauty@gmail.com with your order# and the reason for your return. We typically respond within one business day. Please be Patient.
